I'm currently a computer science student at Indiana University interested in finance, real estate, and artifical intelligence. I have been obsessed with all things computer related every since discovering the capabilities of computing starting with my first computer games that later lead to my interesting in programming. I love the thrill from a challenge and the satification recieved when completing said challenge being so stubborn as to becoming restless until finding the key to the puzzle.

Home Price Predictor

Residential Real Estate Project

Creating a program to predict residential real estate prices using various factors similar to zestimate but accounts for inflation and other economic contributors. Custom algorithm implemented and data sorted using pandas has lead to 100k in capital gains and allowed me to pursue further into real estate development.

Reddit Web Scraper

Personal Project

Designed python program using Reddit api reading titles of posts and their comments for stock tickers on the popular subreddit Wall Street Bets. Using CSV formatting and pandas to sort the data efficiently and create a new list with stocks from most popular to least. open repo

Automatic Text Formatter

Personal Project

Implemented OpenGL rendering engine to display voxels with textures. Optimized code using culling and chunking of terrain data. Wrote unit-tests for code. Built in C# using OpenTK. open repo

Interests

Interested in weightlifting and strive to hit new personal records every week weightlifting requires immense levels of self-discipline and dedication. This translates over to my career and schooling as well that often I tend to overdo it and almost dedicate too much my experience in weightlifting has been similar. I would often never take rest days while this was working quite well in the beginning over time it had started to irritate my left shoulder though I just ignored it and kept lifting. I believe that there is a lesson in this and that I am far too stubborn sometimes for my own good and overdoing it often has negative consequences but this still.
